Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 9, 2026
Welcome to WhatsApp CRM. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Description of Service
WhatsApp CRM provides tools to manage WhatsApp Business communications, including creating and submitting message templates for approval by Meta, and sending template and text messages via Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Use of WhatsApp and related Meta services is also subject to Meta's terms, policies, and developer agreements.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws when using the service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, Commerce Policy, and other applicable Meta and WhatsApp rules. You must not use the service to send spam, misleading content, or content that violates any law or third-party rights. You are responsible for the content of your templates and messages and for obtaining any required consents from message recipients.
4. Meta Approval and Compliance
Template and messaging features depend on Meta's approval and API availability. We do not guarantee that any template or message will be approved or delivered. You must comply with Meta's review process and messaging limits. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions or changes to their APIs or policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your own content. By using the service, you grant us the rights necessary to operate the platform (e.g. to send messages and submit templates to Meta on your behalf).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of the service or from Meta's or WhatsApp's actions or policies.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. For any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact us through the contact details provided in the application or on our website.
