1. Service Overview
Orderly.pk provides an automated notification system that connects with your eCommerce store and sends WhatsApp alerts to customers regarding their order status.
2. WhatsApp Integration & Risks
- Our service works by scanning your WhatsApp Business Account QR Code to send automated messages.
- WhatsApp has its own policies regarding automation and bulk messaging. Any violation of WhatsApp’s policies may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your WhatsApp account.
- Orderly.pk is not responsible for any WhatsApp account bans, restrictions, or limitations imposed by WhatsApp. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compliance with WhatsApp policies.
3. Free & Paid Plans
- Free plan users will have “Powered by Orderly.pk” branding in messages.
- Upgrading to a paid plan will remove this branding.
- Free trial includes 1000 order credits, after which a paid subscription is required.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users must not send spam, promotional, or unsolicited messages using our system.
- Users should comply with WhatsApp’s terms of service and avoid any activity that violates their guidelines.
- Orderly.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if misuse or abuse is detected.
5. Data Privacy & Security
- Orderly.pk does not store or access your WhatsApp messages.
- We do not share any user data with third parties except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Orderly.pk is a tool for automated messaging and does not guarantee message delivery.
- We are not responsible for business losses due to WhatsApp bans, message failures, or third-party service disruptions.
- In case of service downtime or technical issues, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service but are not liable for any losses.
7. Subscription & Refund Policy
- Payments for monthly and yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused credits.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Orderly.pk means you accept the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
